What You’ll Be Doing:
- Verify medication orders, assess drug therapy, and monitor patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize drug therapy and resolve issues.
- Compound and dispense medications accurately, including sterile products.
- Provide clinical consultations and medication education to patients and staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
About You:
- Be a PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Hold a valid pharmacist license in Kansas or eligible to obtain.
- Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications or obtain within 90 days.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
