Junior- to Mid-Level Tax Associate Boston, New York, or Washington DC
- Client is seeking a junior- to mid-level associate with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our Taxation Practice Group in our Boston, New York, or Washington DC office.
- Qualified candidates must have experience in tax matters related to fund formation, investment management transactions and partnership taxation.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, representing buyers and sellers in transaction tax matters, tax counseling experience for choice of entity, LLC agreement and tax-side transactional work preferred.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

- Top academics and experience required. AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred.
- To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.
- Timely admission to the state Bar coinciding with office of hire will be a condition of employment.We have a growing, dynamic fund formation practice.
