We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to provide fiduciary, estate, gift, and personal income tax compliance and advisory services. This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns.
• Provide estate planning and tax compliance services.
• Oversee fiduciary accountings for estates and trusts.

• Research tax laws and develop tax-saving strategies.
• Analyze estate planning legal documents and provide advisory support.
• Manage client relationships and oversee client accounts.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, monitoring workloads and performance.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA preferred or in progress.
• 3+ years of experience in trust, estate, and gift tax matters.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and estate planning.
• Experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
