Job Overview:We are seeking a Tax Manager to take primary responsibility for U.S. tax compliance for select private equity and debt funds. Responsibilities:

• Manage K1 reporting for private funds.
• Oversee the timely filing of U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Coordinate quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Respond to tax correspondence and manage inquiries from U.S. tax authorities.
• Handle investor tax inquiries for private funds.
• Identify and support tax efficiency opportunities at the federal and state level.
• Provide tax oversight for U.S. portfolio companies.
• Review tax provisions for operating subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 47 years of experience in tax compliance and strategy for private equity or infrastructure funds.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. partnership tax rules.
• Experience managing complex tax compliance processes.
• Basic understanding of cross-border tax issues and treaty analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
