Job description:
- Develop and implement strategies for cultivating leads, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the event, e-commerce platform, nonprofit, amusement/ recreation, festival, financial services, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners events, e-commerce platform, nonprofit, amusement/ recreation, festivals, financial services, and government sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals
- Work closely with internal support teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within events, e-commerce platforms, nonprofits, amusement/ recreation, festivals, financial services, and government sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary is between 100-125K and with commissions, the OTE is 250-275L
