Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to oversee project execution from initiation to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Assess and mitigate project risks.
- Oversee project team and mentor new members.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.
- Execute project closeout process and archive project documentation.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related role.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of financial concepts and budget management.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Business Acumen such as financial knowledge, manufacturing finance, and writing skills.
