Specialty plastics manufacturing plant located in the greater Knoxville, TN area has immediate need for a Process Engineering Manager. This is a small-plant environment with an excellent culture and history of success. The Process Engineering Manager will manage processes and projects. The Engineering Manager will not direct people, but will be heavily involved in employee training and development.
 
Several projects are underway to install new equipment and improve processes.
 
Prefer candidates with BS degree.  Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, film or related industry is a big plus.
