Job Title: Planning Services Coordinator

We have an immediate opportunity for a Planning Services Coordinator located in the Waterloo, Iowa location.  This position is a full-time/direct hire opportunity with a well-established, professional organization. 

Qualifications of the Planning Services Coordinator:

• Associates degree preferred
• Sales and customer service experience that promotes exceptional relationship-building, honesty, and sensitivity.
• Ability to build relationships from new leads and referrals.
• Manage account services, and follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.
• Must have strong integrity, be honest, trustworthy, and strong ethical-in-nature.
• Ability to effectively provide support, guidance, and advice during all event & service planning.

Responsibilities of the Planning Services Coordinator:  

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Strong relationship-building background.
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• The ability to work or be on-call approx.. every third weekend
