Managed Care Encounter Data and Claims Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Accurate reporting of Encounter data to the State
• Provider claims processing
• Develop and implement systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
• Work collaboratively with all internal operations and sales and marketing teams to ensure: contract adherence and customer satisfaction
• Educate and train Providers on billing guidelines and contract adherence
• Hybrid WFR. Reside Ohio

 Requirements:

• Must be an Ohio resident
• 4 years of experience with a health plan
• Encounter data reporting experience in a managed care organization
• Claims processing in a health plan
• Proven negotiating and problem solving
• Experience working with Providers
• Managed Medicaid experience
