100% REMOTE ACCOUNTING OPPORTUNITY

One of our best clients headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida is looking to add to their growing Accounting team. They are looking to hire one Manager of Accounting Services. As a member of the leadership team this person will be responsible for the financial success of the organization, customer satisfaction, and sustainment of the companys stellar brand.

Depending on the position, base compensation can be up to $100k and bonus up to 5-10%, plus 401k and other traditional benefits.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing reconciliations and financials for accuracy before sending to client on or before client due date

Keep up to date with new accounting guidance, identify potential GAAP guidance that may need to be applied (ex: lease accounting, revenue accounting, tax provisions, etc)

Keep up to date with latest SBA/Cares Act guidance and understand how that guidance may impact clients

Train and support rhb staff and seniors to ensure they are receiving the proper training and have tools they need to be effective

Onboarding new clients understand client reporting needs, identify and establish new processes, create supporting schedules, review existing COA and restructure if necessary, utilizing Intacct dimensions to meet reporting needs, create Floqast checklist and reconciliations using template

Build custom reports and dashboards, understand categories and account groups

Implement/configure Intacct core & other modules, build import templates, load history, determine opening balance entry

Map data from clients prior system to Intacct and import, calculate change in balances and/or load historical transactions

For new Intacct prospects, hold kick-off calls to determine client needs, ability to test and demo Intacct, create solution design, establish key project due dates and get customer sign off.

Manage/oversee solution implementation in order to meet go-live date

Train customer employees on new processes and tools for VAR implementations and/or rhb employees for new outsourced accounting clients

Configure Core Intacct modules

Qualifications:

Other experience/education needed

Microsoft Excel is a must vlookups, hlookups, grouping, sorting, pivot tables, etc

Degree in Accounting

Prior accounting experience for Senior and Manager level

CPA license required for Manager level and preferred for Senior level

Sage Intacct, bill.com, Expensify, Mineral Tree preferred

Systems implementation experience is a plus, especially Sage Intacct
