TITLE: Director Emergency and ICU(Nursing) (90K +)

The Director of Emergency and ICU is responsible for the overall operation and direction of patient care in both the Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit setting.
This position manages staff members in the Emergency Department and ICU.
Consults with staff, physicians, and Chief Nursing Officer and other administrative staff on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
Maintains performance improvement activities within the departments and participates in CQI activities.
Assists in formulating budgets. Responsible for staff and development.
Bachelors of Nursing required. Masters preferred.
3-5 years of Nursing Management required.
Valid KS RN License; BLS; ACLS and PALS (within 1 year of transfer or hire date)

Facility is a 99 bed hospital that is Joint Commission(JCAHO) accredited.
Position reports to the CNO and looking for someone with at least 2-3 years Manager experience and has a strong collaborative work style.
The facility is offering a range between $90-120K and offers a full benefit package and relocation/sign-on.
