My client is expanding and seeks a Project Manager to oversee studies. The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:
- Develop, track and manage delivery of project milestones and deliverables
- Act as a primary contact for each project
- Oversee and prepare project team budget including resources and costs
- Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to improving project management processes, tools and infrastructure to ensure ongoing efficiency across the company
- Present project deliverables, budget and timelines to leadership team
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- BS/MS degree and experience conducting in-vivo pharmacology studies and managing projects
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to work on multiple projects
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
- Understanding of project management practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interact appropriately with internal and external collaborators
