Our client is a leading marketing company in the Spa, Beauty and Wellness Industries. The Company's wide range of digital and retail products are designed to address the ever-evolving operational needs of spas and wellness centers to help grow their business. The Company is the creator of the National Spa Week Event as well as the Spa & Wellness Gift Card which is sold in over 75,000 locations nationwide and accepted at over 9,000 partner locations.
They are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Representative who is a highly motivated strategic thinker to support their clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide excellent, timely customer service to both consumers and spa partners
- Review and respond to incoming customer service requests received via email or the company's online chat tool
- Organize and coordinate all customer service items with appropriate team member
- Must be comfortable learning and mastering CMS programs to maintain administrative database
- Fulfill (process, package, ship) incoming gift card orders in a timely manner
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks when necessary
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 1-2 years in a previous customer service role, preferably in a call center
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal, follow up and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Have a positive, upbeat and self-starter attitude
- Be eager and willing to learn
- Ability to thrive when you are constantly multi-tasking and juggling many projects at once
- Takes initiative, is resourceful and effectively manages competing priorities
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong time management skills
