Outside Sales Business Development Representative
$50-55K + commission
Our client is a locally owned equipment manufacturing company in the Dubuque, IA area. This position is a work from home position involving heavy travel in northern Iowa.
- Increase market share and drive business through interacting with clients demonstrating the company’s beneficial products. Pursue opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are completed while projects are profitable.
- Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution and client deliverables.
- Review all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
- Provide regular status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- 3+ years of Business Development experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on consumer needs.
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Skilled to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
